The Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50113) includes all the components of the Cert III but also affords opportunities to take on leadership roles such as a team room leader, coordinator, assistant director or director. A Diploma qualified person can be responsible for ensuring an early learning program is implemented properly and documented.
Ultimately, having a Diploma gives you the opportunity to take on more responsibilities.

You may be required to sit a Language, Literacy and Numeracy test prior to acceptance for enrolment. You may also be required to sit for an interview.
Practical Work Experience Component
You will need to complete a minimum of 240 hours of workplace-based experience / work to attain your qualification. AITT can assist you with finding workplace-based experience.
