Course Description

Often regarded as the most important and fundamental course in the Australian Vocational
Education and Training (VET) industry, the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the
benchmark qualification for any individual who will be delivering training and assessment in VET.

 

Often referred to as the Cert IV TAE, this qualification is delivered in a clustered approach that reflects the core skills developed:

 

Cluster 1: Design Cluster
Cluster 2: Delivery Cluster
Cluster 3: Assessment Cluster

 

Any organization that takes learning seriously and requires best-practice training methodologies
should ensure key team members and stakeholders hold the qualification. This may include:

 

  • Trainers and/or assessors
  • Human Resources
  • Anyone who will participate in/or undertake inductions
  • Team Leaders
  • Senior Personnel

 

Our Cert IV Training and Assessment is perhaps the most robust available and takes no shortcuts in
developing the skills required to attain this qualification.

 

 

Acceptance Requirements

  • You must be currently employed within a Training & Assessment Role or within proximity to one
  • You must have a USI number
  • Access to a Computer/Internet
  • Satisfactory LLN Skills
