AITT is currently holding weekly public ½ day sessions to deliver the TAEASS502 in Perth.
The cost is $250 for the unit, which includes:

| All learning materials necessary to complete the units
| All assessments and issue of a printed statement of attainment

Private sessions can also be held to suit your organisation (min 10 participants).
PLEASE NOTE: Due to lack of demand, we are not holding classes for the TAELLN411, however both of these updated units (TAELLN411 and the TAEASS502) are available for both Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Self Paced Learning (study in your own time).

‘Provide First Aid’, formerly known as ‘Senior First Aid’ is delivered in a face-to-face training environment utilising both theory and practical scenarios for assessment. There is a small amount of pre-course work to complete prior to attending the course.
The course will give participants a broad knowledge of First Aid. It will provide you with the skills to perform basic first aid, including basic life support skills.
The course is recommended for those wishing to learn essential First Aid skills, and for those requiring the certification for work purposes.

It is important to note, completion of the following assessments will be required:
Perform at least 2 minutes of uninterrupted single rescuer cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) (5 cycles of both compression and ventilations) on:
| an adult resuscitation manikin placed on the floor
| an infant resuscitation manikin placed on the floor
All courses run from 09:00 to 16:30, with two 15-minute tea breaks, and a 1-hour lunch break. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided, lunch not included.
